Compiles and maintains material, parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas by performing the following duties.
Responsible for implementing full sales position within assigned territory for the Payments Sales Group. Representative will handle total sales function from lead generation and follow-up to completed sale and installation coordination for Payments Systems sold. Responsible for establishing sales forecast, budgets, and expenses.
The Vice President of Business Development for Merchant Services is a very seasoned C-level relationship executive, knowledgeable in the Payments business, specifically Merchant Services. This individual will be responsible for collaboratively building Wausau Financial Systems (WFS) go-to-market strategy for the Merchant Services channel. This channel is being newly formed to take advantage of the high growth projected for remote capture services and capabilities in this segment. The VPBD is directly responsible for developing annual sales plan for this channel, establishing and maintaining business relationships with the executives within the segment, understanding the business drivers, industry trends and direction that will impact this business. The VPBD will initially sell directly to targeted accounts. As we are successful growing the business the VPBD will build a sales and operations team and the infrastructure needed for ongoing success and support.
Provides technical customer service to external customers as it pertains to the respective software application. Utilizes the Support Magic and knowledge databases to document, escalate and resolve the software application issues. The Associate System Analyst will utilize analytical skills, critical thinking, sound judgment, and extensive product knowledge to make decisions regarding all day-to-day operations.
The Project Manager has overall accountability for the project from the time it is assigned through completion. (The project consists of designing the acceptance criteria document, building and loading of system with core software, ensuring the customization of software per customer specifications. Managing customer expectations and project satisfaction.)
Creates and manages a project plan, leads WFS installation team and effectively deploys resources to complete the necessary tasks. Maintains documentation, responds to customer inquiries, and assists with installations as needed. Has overall responsibility for designated installation team and management responsibilities for identified Professional Services team members.
Customizes banking or remittance processing software according the customer requirement document. Installs system at customer’s site per documented guidelines; trains customer on operating procedures and the use of computer resources (work stations and computer servers); provides product and service information to customer. Works with WFS support team to resolve product and service issues and communicate project status to customer.
