How much does enrollment in this program cost?

Enrollment in the standard education program is included in your annual software maintenance plan at no additional charge.

When does the training process begin and end?

Training availability is initiated with customers at the time of order agreement with WAUSAU. Customers are enrolled in the program as long as they have a software support agreement with WAUSAU.

Will I have a dedicated Learning Advisor for my institution? 

A Learning Advisor is assigned to your institution to provide a single point of contact for all your education needs. In the case that you may have multiple product solutions from WAUSAU, additional Learning Advisors may be assigned to provide you the most comprehensive consultation applicable to your scenario.

How long is the Learning Advisor assigned to my institution? 

The Learning Advisor is available to you as long as your education program enrollment is active. His/her primary contact with you will likely occur after an initial sales order, through the implementation process, and up to the point of initiation with WAUSAU support. However, he/she will always be available for training-related questions and continuing education needs that may arise for your institution.

How many users can be logged in to the training site at one time?

 An unlimited number of users may be created for your institution, each assigned unique login credentials. There is no limit to how many of these users may access the training system at one time.

Can you track when and what users access on the training site?

 We are able to track all users’ access to the training site, including who accesses (based on unique logins), which training modules are accessed, the number of times accessed and results of quizzes completed.

What if I have turnover? Can my new employees get this training too?

As staff levels fluctuate, users may be removed or added for access to the standard training program. Simply contact us to adjust your users and logins. The Learning Advisor can also help to recommend a training plan to most timely and effectively on-board new hires.

How do I take advantage of this training program? How do I get enrolled?

WAUSAU will send out some program information at the initiation of a new project, or when a new customer is signed, detailing how to begin taking advantage of the education program.  Email education@wausaufs.com for more information.

What is included in my standard program enrollment? 

As part of the standard training program, an unlimited number of users at your site have access to all current training content for the WAUSAU products you have installed and any updates made throughout your support contract. Refer to the Plans and Programs page for details of what is included in the standard program.
