Combining self-directed training modules with facilitator-led virtual live events provides a comprehensive learning experience to meet each learner’s needs. To support this approach, a WAUSAU Learning Advisor is assigned to:

  • facilitate training beyond the classroom through virtual channels

  • provide education consultation to customers 

  • identify key learners and their responsibilities and recommend training most relevant to their learning goals

  • help learners recognize what they need, when they need it, and how to get it and apply it to their jobs
