Standard Program and Custom Engagements
The standard education program is included in customers' annual software maintenance plan to provide unlimited access and updates throughout the software support contract. The value includes access to the standard set of training content for the products installed, while receiving learning plan personalization and support from a Learning Advisor. All content updates, training site enhancements and new product versions are included.

Standard education is available with unlimited 24x7 access, for an unlimited number of customer users, and is not tied to a specific event like product installation or upgrade. Standard education (S) includes:

  • General product overviews for system functionality highlights
  • Standard content built on best practices for end user functionality
  • Standard content built on best practices for system administration and security configurations
  • Dedicated support from a Learning Advisor for site-specific learning plan recommendations

Custom Training Engagements

Classroom training may provide a more condensed schedule or in-person engagement. Some content may also be customized based on specific processing activities or training requirements. Completion of standard education components is prerequisite to classroom and custom engagements. Custom education (C) may include:

  • Standard and customized content designed on best practices for advanced administration and optional advanced module content
  • Customized content built to improve and support advanced proficiency opportunities and capabilities
  • Classroom engagements to deliver standard best-practices or custom training in a condensed schedule (available in Mosinee or at Customer location)
