Optima3® IMS compares invoices to corresponding POs and if matched, submit payment and store invoices with automatic indexing. For mis-matches, workflow routes documents to the correct employees and managers based on pre-established corporate rules, enabling quicker and more informed decisions. Adjusted amounts are then sent to vendors along with supporting documents, via regular mail, fax or email, or by posting to the Web.
